【摘要】:ThisamendmenthasbeenpreparedbyIECtechnicalcommittee61:Safetyofhouseholdandsimilarelectricalappliances.Fullinformationonthevotingfortheapprovalofthisamendmentcanbefoundinthereportonvotingindicatedintheabovetable.ThecommitteehasdecidedthatthecontentsofthisamendmentandthebasepublicationwillremainunchangeduntilthemaintenanceresultdateindicatedontheIECwebsiteunder"http://webstore.iec.ch"inthedatarelatedtothespecificpublication.Atthisdate,thepublicationwillbe~reconfirmed;~withdrawn;~replacedbyarevisededition,or~amended.NOTETheattentionofNationalCommitteesisdrawntothefactthatequipmentmanufacturersandtestingorganizationsmayneedatransitionalperiodfollowingpublicationofanew,amendedorrevisedIECpublicationinwhichtomakeproductsinaccordancewiththenewrequirementsandtoequipthemselvesforconductingneworrevisedtests.Itistherecommendationofthecommitteethatthecontentofthispublicationbeadoptedforimplementationnationallynotearlierthan12monthsorlaterthan36monthsfromthedateofpublication.
