【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforallthephasesofthelifeofamachinelistedin3.11.aofEN292-1:1991.Movingplatenmachinesaremachinesusedfortheprocessingofanimalhidesandskins.Theyaretabletypeprocessingmachineswhichareequippedwith:—verticalopeningandclosingmovement;—alternativehorizontalfeed-inandfeed-outmovement.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthefollowingmachines(seeFigures1to5fortypicalconfigurationsandnormativeannexCfordescriptions):a)vacuumdryerswithverticalmovement(seeFigure1);b)vacuumdryerswithhorizontalandverticalmovement(seeFigure2);c)vacuumstretching-machines(seeFigure3);d)platenironingandembossingmachineswithverticalmovement(seeFigure4);e)platenironingandembossingmachineswithhorizontalandverticalmovement(seeFigure5).Ittakesaccountofintendeduse,foreseeablemisuse,componentandsystemsfailure.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothemachinesmanufacturedafteritsdateofissue.Allthesignificanthazardslistedinclause4arecoveredbytherequirementsincludedinclause5except:—dust,fume,vapourandliquidemissions,forwhichgeneralguidelinesareproposedintheinformativeannexB.Designersandmanufacturersshallverifydirectlythatthemethodsadoptedtoreducethesehazardshavebeensuccessful.
