【摘要】:ThispartofISO8434specifiesgeneralanddimensionalrequirementsforthedesignandperformanceof37°flaredconnectorsthataresuitableforusewithferrousandnon-ferroustubeswithoutsidediametersfrom6mmto50,8mm,inclusive.TheseconnectorsareforuseinfluidpowerandgeneralapplicationswithinthelimitsofpressureandtemperaturespecifiedinthispartofISO8434.TheyareintendedfortheconnectionoftubesandhosefittingstoportsinaccordancewithISO6149-1,ISO1179-1,ISO9974-1andISO11926-1.(SeeISO12151-5forrelatedhosefittingspecification.)Theseconnectorsprovidefull-flowconnectionswithmetal-to-metalsealinginhydraulicsystemsoperatingtotheworkingpressuresshowninTable1.Becausemanyfactorsinfluencethepressureatwhichasystemperformssatisfactorily,thesevaluesshallnotbeunderstoodasguaranteedminimums.Foreveryapplication,sufficienttestingwillneedtobeconductedandtheresultsreviewedbyboththeuserandmanufacturertoensurethatrequiredperformancelevelsaremet.NOTE1Fornewdesignsinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications,seetherequirementsgivenin9.6.Wheretherequirementsoftheapplicationallowfortheuseofelastomericseals,connectordesignsthatconformtoInternationalStandardsandincorporateelastomericsealingarepreferred.NOTE2Foruseunderconditionsoutsidethepressureand/ortemperaturelimitsspecified,see5.5.Bothmetricandinchtubingcanbeaccommodatedbychangingthesleeve(seeFigure7).Inthepast,theseconnectorshavebeenusedpredominantlywithinchtubing.Fornewandfuturedesigns,theuseofmetrictubingispreferred.ThispartofISO8434alsospecifiesaperformanceandqualificationtestfor37°flaredconnectors.
