【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardappliestocold-reducedcarbonsteelstripwithacarboncontentover0,25%(mlm)madefromsteelsspecifiedinTable1.Itiscommonlyproducedinthicknessesof6mmandunder,andinwidthsupto600mmexclusive,incoilsandcutlengths.Thestripisorderedintheas-deliveredcondition,asspecifiedin1.4orclause5,andispredominantlyusedforsprings,butalsoforotherhighlystressedpartsofmanydifferenttypes.SteeldesignationsCS55toCS95maybesuppliedinthequenchedandtemperedcondition.2ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytoalloysteelsorstainlesssteels.3Cold-reducedcarbonsteelstripisfurnishedinthefollowingtypes:—fullhard,whereaverystiff,springyproductisproducedtoobtainfullhardnessafterthefinalrolling(itisintendedforflatworknotrequiringtheabilitytowithstandcoldforming);—annealed,whichisintendedforapplicationsrequiringmoderatecoldforming;—quenchedandtempered,whichisintendedgenerallyfortheproductionofsteelspringswheretheappropriatecombinationofstrength,hardness,toughnessandductilitycanbeachieved;—intermediatehardness,whichisintendedforapplicationswherecold-formingisslightorwhereamoderatelystiff,springyproductisneeded.Thecold-reducedcarbonsteelstripqualitiesappropriatetotheparticulargradeshallbe:a)fullhardquality:materialrolledtothefinalthicknesswithaminimumhardnessasshowninTable2;b)annealedquality:annealedtothehardnessortensilestrengthshowninTable3;c)quenchedandtemperedquality:quenchedandtemperedsteelstripforsteeldesignationsofCS55andover,temperedtothepropertiesshowninTable4orTable5;d)intermediatequality:temperrolledtothehardnessrangeshowninTable6byacontrolledamountofcoldrollingafterannealing.4Thematerialshallbeorderedtoeitherhardnessortensilestrengthrequirements,butnottoboth(seeTables2,3,4,5,and6).5Cold-reducedcarbonsteelstripischaracterizedbyclosedimensionaltolerancesandgoodsurfacefinishand,inthecold-rolledandquenchedandtemperedcondition,itispossibletoattainhighvaluesforhardnessandtensilestrength.
