【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothefollowingmachineryforgrindingandprocessingofflourandsemolina,asdefinedinClause3:rollermills,plansiftersandrotaryseparators,airclassifiers,rotatingmachinesandimpactmachines.Themachinesinthescopearestationery(notintendedtobemovedwheninoperation),haveacapacityofatleast100kg/h,andareintendedforuseininstallationsforgrainprocessing,suchasflourmills,semolinamills,graincleaningandflakingplants.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofthemachinesinthescopewhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:?machinesintendedforhouseholduseorlaboratoryuse;?stonemills;?equipmentfordampeningandheating;?auxiliaryequipmentforconveying,weightingandbagging(withoutchangingthecharacteristicsoftheproducts).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwiththefollowing:?hazardsrelatedtodecommissioning;?thehazardsoftheinstallationsintowhichthemachinesareincorporatedotherthanthosedirectlyrelatedtothemachinesinthescope(e.g.startoftheinstallation,disconnectionofenergysupply,needfromanemergencystopdevice);?hazardsduetotheuseofthemachineryinapotentiallyexplosiveatmosphere(whenproducingthisstandardithasbeenassumedthatthemachineryinthescope,ifdesignedandusedinaccordancewiththisEuropeanStandard,isnotcreatingitselfahazardousatmospherewhollyofpartlysurroundingit).NOTEIfthemachineisintendedforuseinapotentiallyexplosiveatmosphere,additionalsafetymeasurescanbenecessary1).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinesforgrindingandprocessingofflourandsemolinawhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.

适用范围
本规范适用于石油化工新建、扩建工程中自动控制仪表的供气设计，装置的改造可参照执行。本规范仅对仪表气源供气装置（如空压站等）提出性能要求，不涉及供气装置内部流程及设备的具体设计。执行本规范时，尚应符合国家现行有关强制性标准规范的要求。本规范的相关标准：《工业自动化仪表气源压力范围和质量》GB/T4830－1984。
